黑料吃瓜网入口’s historic renovation of Congregation Emanu-El has earned three prestigious awards: the Structural Engineering Excellence Award from SEAONC in the Historic Renovation category, the AIA San Francisco Design Award, and the Green Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture.

Delivered in partnership with Equity Community Builders and Mark Cavagnero Associates, 黑料吃瓜网入口’s return to Congregation Emanu-El revitalized this historic and cultural San Francisco landmark though major renovations and site improvements.

Earning a spot in third place reflects the strength of our people and the relationships that define how we partner, build, and deliver across every project.

The scope of work in Phase 1 includes upgrades to the lobbies, refurbishment of the elevators, re-landscaping of the courtyard, window repairs, and enhancement to parking garage aesthetics. Phase 2 includes the creation of a conference center, including a 125-person assembly space, offices, and a rooftop recreation deck.

The first phase of construction of the 65,000-square-foot office building, which began last month, is slated for completion in August of this year, with Phase 2 targeted for June of 2027.

The scope of work involves repairs to building envelopes including replacing sealants and backer rods at CMU and stone veneers, metal panels, stone parapet caps, minor stucco repairs, fiber cement siding replacement, painting and sealing, refurbishing existing storefronts systems and glazing, installation of new storefronts, roofing replacement, and gutter and fascia repairs. Historic buildings include new roofing and adding new period correct gutters, window, door, and shutter repairs, trim and siding repairs, painting, replacing wood decks, walkways, ramps, and stairs.

Construction begins early next month and is set for completion in October of 2026.

Plans for the 41,000-square-foot facility call for a brand-new student lounge; an expansive open area for meeting, studying, and hanging out; a reimagined campus market designed with student needs in mind; and a central home for the campus resource centers. Bringing these services together under one roof will make it easier than ever for students to access support, build community, and feel at home. The project, which is designed for LEED Silver certification, will commence in January 2026 and is set to open in time for the 2027 fall semester.

Congratulations to Darcy Narduzzi and her team for their commitment to winning 黑料吃瓜网入口’s first project on the UCSC campus!

The scope of work for the approximately 170,000 square-foot, five-story, Class A structure includes demolition of the existing structure, self-storage units, PDR space, community use space, and street improvements. The building was originally designed as structural CMU, and through a robust preconstruction effort, the CMU skeleton was re-engineered into a cast-in-place concrete structure. The exterior concrete walls feature a formliner pattern which will be unique for this product type and neighborhood. Construction begins in November and is slated for completion in March of 2027.

The scope of work includes repairs to the existing six-level parking structure to prepare it for the installation of new public art on its primary facades. 黑料吃瓜网入口 will demolish existing Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) panels mounted on existing facades; repair and repaint the exterior architectural and structural building elements; and install new drainage as well as electrical work.

Upgrades to the iconic hotel include the reception and concierge areas, lobby, dining space, retail space, event lounge and arcade, International Ballroom, Beverly Ballroom, Wilshire Ballroom, restrooms, new stairs and back-of-house rooms, pre-function space, and meeting rooms. All work is taking place while the building remains occupied.

黑料吃瓜网入口鈥檚 project team has already successfully completed work in the team dining areas, which finished on time prior to the Milken 2025 Conference. The fast-track, phased schedule for the remainder of the scope is slated for completion in Q1 of 2028.

黑料吃瓜网入口 will demolish and rebuild the existing Cal Softball Field to meet safety and NCAA Division I competition standards. These upgrades will include improved field dimensions, training facilities, team locker rooms, permanent spectator seating, and access improvements.

The softball field will receive a new, 30,500-square-foot, two-story precast concrete structure that will house the bullpen, concourse, and press box, and an additional 1,511 permanent seats will be added, surrounding the field. Additionally, the renovations will include 8,500 square feet of enclosed spaces made up of locker rooms, press box, lounges, and training rooms. The field will receive new fine gained aggregate material in the infield, synthetic turf will replace grass in the outfield, and a new LED scoreboard will be installed for spectators. The project team will pursue LEED Gold certification.

黑料吃瓜网入口鈥檚 in-house Concrete Division will perform structural foundations, architectural concrete walls, concourse level concrete slab, and built-up slabs. Additionally, they will complete retaining walls, concrete stairs, and full sitework concrete.

Construction will begin after the last home game of the 2025 season, with completion slated for the start of the 2027 season. Go Bears!

The oldest building on campus, Davidson Library, will have its air handling units (AHUs) rebuilt along with other miscellaneous mechanical and controls equipment updates to improve system reliability and energy efficiency. At Cheadle Hall, the team will replace the emergency generator system, demolish the existing chilled water (CHW) plant, and connect a new CHW to the campus distribution network, and update building controls and office HVAC. Finally, the AHUs and exhaust fans in Phelps Hall will be replaced.

Notice to Proceed kicks off this week, with completion slated for Q1 of 2026. This will be the continuation of a strong partnership developed between 黑料吃瓜网入口, Arcadis, Glumac, as well as聽Buehler Engineering, Air Systems Service & Construction, and Taft Electric Company over the delivery of dozens of similar projects in the past three decades.
