��ϳԹ�� is providing upgrades to the iconic Beverly Hilton hotel, including the reception and concierge areas, lobby, dining space, retail space, event lounge and arcade, International Ballroom, Beverly Ballroom, Wilshire Ballroom, restrooms, new stairs and back-of-house rooms, pre-function space, and meeting rooms. All work is taking place while the building remains occupied.

Regency Ballroom

��ϳԹ�� provided interior renovations of this 115-year-old, multi-use events venue in downtown San Francisco. The scope of work consisted of new dressing room/lounge; all public restrooms; ADA upgrades (new lifts, compliant staircases, and ramps); and HVAC and plumbing for new spaces.

Meals on Wheels SF

Meals on Wheels is a new, two-story, 36,800 SF facility containing a new commercial high production kitchen, cold storage, warehouse, loading docks, logistics and office space. At the heart of the project is the 22,000 SF high-tech production kitchen for bulk meal production.

The Graduate Hotel

Located at 488 University Avenue in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, this project involved the restoration and renovation of the historic 57,000 SF Hotel President. The iconic, six-story building was designed by the renowned Birge Clark in the Spanish Colonial Revival style in 1929 and first opened to guests in 1930. ��ϳԹ�� restored the building’s original hotel use by converting 75 vacant apartments, located on floors two through six, to 100 hotel guestrooms of the Graduate Hotel. Vacant retail spaces on the first floor were repositioned to support the hotel’s public space program, including the lobby, lounge, and public restrooms. The roof level features an exterior F&B amenity and public restrooms.

Hyatt Regency SOMA

At the Hyatt Regency Downtown San Francisco SOMA, ��ϳԹ�� provided renovations of the existing lobby and storefront, including a new revolving door with updated lighting and finishes at the exterior porte-cochere. Lobby level renovations included new finishes and lighting throughout, a modified bar, bar lounge, buffet, and game space with the addition of Regency Club lounge for Hyatt Regency members. Revisions to existing restaurant for indoor and outdoor dining. Revisions to the existing gift shop included a new coffee bar with grab-and-go food/drink service.

Second and third floor conference rooms and ballroom renovations include new finishes and lighting throughout. Also made were modifications to existing public restrooms for ADA accessibility on the first three levels.

Olympic Club

The phased historic renovation of the nation’s oldest athletic club, along with the new construction of an eight-story addition in a bustling part of downtown San Francisco. The renovation of the original 1910 building completely removed and replaced its upper two floors while maintaining the historic masonry facade. Work included seismic upgrades and interior improvements to modernize the space. The new facility includes 18 hotel rooms, two indoor pools, two gymnasiums, nine squash and handball courts, a restaurant, a full sports bar, a snack bar, two exercise studios, 6,000 SF of exercise equipment, 4,000 wood lockers, corporate offices, and parking for 130 cars.

Edgewood Clubhouse

��ϳԹ�� is performing renovations to the clubhouse and restaurant at the Edgewood Tahoe Resort. The scope of work includes a remodel of the bar, north and south ballrooms, kitchen, lower-level restrooms, locker rooms, and other shared spaces, as well as a re-roof and MEPF upgrades.

Diablo Country Club

The renovation of this 130-year-old facility included major modifications to the foundation and structure of the building, constructing a new commercial kitchen, fitness center, and pub, as well as updating all of the interior spaces. The project also included new outdoor amenity space including bocce courts, hardscape, and a completely updated tennis and childcare clubhouse.

The team self-performed concrete footings and grade beams within the building’s interior. They additionally enhanced the structure with engineered ridge beams up to 50 feet long and structural steel hardware.

Ahwahnee Hotel

��ϳԹ�� provided design-build services for the renovation of the Ahwahnee Hotel, a National Historic Landmark located in Yosemite National Park. The scope of work included the installation of automatic fire sprinkler, fire/smoke detectors, and fire alarm systems throughout the 100-room hotel, including all the public spaces, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas. Installation of the systems necessitates the careful dismantling of historic finishes and the restoration of these same finishes to their original appearance and composition.

THE LOT City Center

A new, 34,000 SF luxury movie theater at City Center at Bishop Ranch, also built by ��ϳԹ��. This is a high-energy entertainment venue with a 10-screen movie theatre. THE LOT City Center also features a bar, a café, and restaurant.
