��ϳԹ�� is providing upgrades to the iconic Beverly Hilton hotel, including the reception and concierge areas, lobby, dining space, retail space, event lounge and arcade, International Ballroom, Beverly Ballroom, Wilshire Ballroom, restrooms, new stairs and back-of-house rooms, pre-function space, and meeting rooms. All work is taking place while the building remains occupied.

La Mar Cocina Peruana SF

��ϳԹ�� is providing renovations to La Mar Cocina Peruana SF, an upscale Peruvian restaurant on the Embarcadero waterfront at Pier 1 1/2. Phase 1, which was recently completed, involved repairs to the outdoor patio. The upcoming Phase 2 consists of interior cosmetic renovations to the lobby, main dining area, and kitchen.

UCSB Library, Cheadle Hall, & Phelps Hall

The ��ϳԹ�� + Aracdis + Glumac team is providing design-build services for the renovation of three buildings on campus, the University Library, Cheadle Hall, and Phelps Hall. The oldest building on campus, Davidson Library, will have its air handling units (AHUs) rebuilt along with other miscellaneous mechanical and controls equipment updates to improve system reliability and energy efficiency. At Cheadle Hall, the team will replace the emergency generator system, demolish the existing chilled water (CHW) plant, and connect a new CHW to the campus distribution network, and update building controls and office HVAC. Finally, the AHUs and exhaust fans in Phelps Hall will be replaced.

Piedmont Gardens

��ϳԹ�� is performing the voluntary seismic retrofit of Piedmont Gardens, a nonprofit senior living community. The team is working on the the Crestmont Building residential tower and completing a renovation of its lobby that will create a café and add restrooms.

City of Dublin Exterior Improvements

The ��ϳԹ�� + Architectural Resources Group team is providing progressive design-build services for the renovation of 13 buildings at the Dublin Civic Center and Heritage Site. The project includes repairs at the city’s Civic Center, Fire Stations 16, 17, and 18, Clock Tower, Heritage Museum and Murray Schoolhouse, Kolb House, Little Kolb House Restrooms, Sunday School Barn, Senior Center, Saint Raymond Church, The Wave Waterpark and Aquatic Center, and Dublin Library.

The scope of work involves repairs to building envelopes including replacing sealants and backer rods at CMU and stone veneers, metal panels, stone parapet caps, minor stucco repairs, fiber cement siding replacement, painting and sealing, refurbishing existing storefronts systems and glazing, installation of new storefronts, roofing replacement, and gutter and fascia repairs. Historic buildings include new roofing and adding new period correct gutters, window, door, and shutter repairs, trim and siding repairs, painting, replacing wood decks, walkways, ramps, and stairs.

��ϳԹ�� performed renovation and various T.I. upgrades for a tech company in offices in San Francisco and Sunnyvale that included demolition, installation, make-ready work, and MEP upgrades, all while the space was occupied. Work in the San Francisco office included interactive virtual exhibits while the work in South Bay included shared outdoor community space. In the San Francisco, ��ϳԹ�� self-performed soft demolition, framing, and finished carpentry; in the South Bay office: hard and soft demolition, as well as custom acoustical ceiling installation.
