The structure of the three-story building and basement is concrete, except for the top floor, which is structural steel. 聽The project was located in close proximity to other active laboratory buildings on Bayer鈥檚 main campus, so the team worked closely with the owner and staff to ensure that the construction work did not affect neighboring labs.
